Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2–4+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience required.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift equipment and remain active throughout the shift.
Nice To Haves
- Technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience maintaining sheet metal fabrication equipment or similar manufacturing equipment strongly preferred.
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on sheet metal fabrication equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues and complete timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Inspect machinery for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
- Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and spare parts inventory.
- Recommend equipment improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Train machine operators on basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with production teams to support daily operations.
- Coordinate with equipment vendors for specialized repairs and replacement parts.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
