About The Position

BCI Management owns and manages six communities with just under 600 apartment homes in Maryland. This position will be floating between Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Cecil County.

Requirements

• Apartment Maintenance experience a must.
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
• Must have a reliable transportation.
• Must have your own tools.
• Must have EPA and HVAC certifications.
• Upon a conditional offer, background check.

Responsibilities

• Completion of resident work orders.
• Apartment Turnovers.
• Emergency on-call maintenance after hours.
• Snow Removal.
• Follow safety procedures while performing duties.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
