About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management or facility maintenance and will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks and minor repairs. This position requires someone dependable, professional, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of work.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a full background investigation.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
