The Lot Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the dealership and All-Pro Auto Reconditioning, managing the workflow for vehicles requiring repair. This role involves inspecting vehicles, maintaining relationships with dealership management, ensuring accurate invoicing and billing according to All-Pro policy, and following up to ensure all necessary documentation (RO, PO, signature) is obtained. The Lot Coordinator is also responsible for researching and resolving communication matters with the dealership, assisting with vehicle transportation, organizing work to meet company standards and timelines, and inspecting the front line to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Additionally, the role involves maintaining service drive sales, volume, and communication, reporting all location issues to the Area Manager (AM), and partnering with the AM on recruiting efforts. The Lot Coordinator will also place initial supply orders and ensure daily adherence to key control and other risk policies. This position does not involve performance management, discipline, hiring, or terminations.
