Student Job – Service Repair Center

About The Position
This is a student position in the After-Sales Service Repair Center (RMA) team, offering hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while pursuing studies. The role involves supporting the department’s operational activities, participating in projects, and contributing to continuous process improvement. The student will apply academic knowledge, develop professional skills, and work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Comfortable working with data, preparing reports, and performing administrative follow-up activities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken; functional knowledge of English
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the various teams within the After-Sales Service Repair Center to support operational activities and ongoing projects
- Assist the team in tracking, analyzing, and documenting activities related to maintenance, reliability, and departmental operations
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional collaboration activities
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and performance indicators related to After-Sales Service Repair Center activities
- Collect, validate, and analyze data to support decision-making
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase process efficiency and standardization
- Maintain documentation, records, and tracking tools in accordance with departmental requirements
