About The Position

As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the overall sales and satisfaction efforts for existing customers within your assigned territory. This includes training Inside Sales representatives and serving as a liaison between the Commercial Sales Manager, procurement, warehouse, transportation, and Customer Development Specialists. You'll help them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours!

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Five years previous customer service or inside sales experience with one year previous supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Proven capability to perform the essential functions of the job, as demonstrated by an equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant work experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or culinary certificate preferred.

Responsibilities
