About The Position

Guardian Tax is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our Chandler team. In this role, you’ll speak with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax-related challenges. These are 100% warm inbound leads—no cold calling required. Your focus will be on understanding each client’s situation, explaining available solutions, and helping them find the right path forward. At Guardian Tax, we provide the leads, training, tools, and support you need to succeed. You’ll work alongside an experienced team with a proven sales process and receive ongoing coaching to help you improve and grow. Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
