About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading capital projects and working with vendors.
• Experience managing supply inventory and ordering supplies.
• Experience working with a computerized maintenance management program.
• Proficiency in welding, electrical work, pump rebuilds, motors, plumbing, yellow iron, forklifts, and building maintenance.
• Previous experience in preventive maintenance or basic facility installations.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety policies and processes, making safety the number one priority.
• Perform maintenance on specialized equipment, including pump rebuilds, motors, and preventive maintenance.
• Install pipe and perform welding, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Maintain yellow iron equipment and forklifts.
• Perform building maintenance.
• Lead capital projects, including coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel on larger, more complex activities.
• Ensure work meets facility compliance standards.
• Maintain a clean work environment and manage supplies, housekeeping, and best management practices in the assigned area.
• Record and document work in the computerized Facility Maintenance system.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required by business needs.
