About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• At least 5 years of employment-based immigration paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of the nonimmigrant visa process, specifically H-1B, L-1, and TN.
• Knowledge of immigrant visa processing, including I-140 and I-485 petitions.
• Strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently toward team goals.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a large law firm environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file nonimmigrant visa (NIV) and immigrant visa (IV) petitions under attorney supervision.
• Compile and analyze case facts.
• Draft correspondence.
• Maintain and organize client documentation.
• Communicate directly with multiple attorneys.
