About The Position

Requirements

• At least one (1) year of housekeeping experience, preferably in a timeshare resort, hotel, or large hospitality establishment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish. Bilingual candidates are welcome but not required.
• Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday.
• Ability to work from 8:00 a.m. until all assigned units are completed, approximately 4:30 p.m., or until the job is finished.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned villas according to Westgate's quality and cleanliness standards.
• Complete cleaning of assigned units while adhering to daily productivity and performance goals.
• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, patios, and other spaces used by guests.
• Remove linens and other bedding, dispose of trash, replace necessary items, and prepare villas for arriving guests.
• Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Report lost and found items, as well as any maintenance issues, according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to support daily housekeeping operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
