Express Lube Technician

About The Position
CDJR Dallas is currently looking to add skilled Express Lube Technicians to provide outstanding automotive service repairs and maintenance for their customers. These individuals must be eager to learn and will complete numerous duties during their working shift. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is essential.
- Flexible schedule
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Have a valid driver's license
- Complete the pre-employment screening
Nice To Haves
- Technician knowledge/experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Finalize all lubrication services, filter changes, tire rotations and tire repairs.
- Complete detailed inspection of the customer's car. (i.e., check additional fluid levels, battery, lights, tire pressure). The Technician will inform the Service Advisor of all necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure that the customer's vehicle is maintained. The Technician will notify the Service Advisor of any changes to the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
- Maintain an organized shop area by guaranteeing all equipment is in proper working order, especially lifts.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform work as outlined in the Technician's Repair Order in accordance with the dealership and factory regulations. The Technician must communicate with the Shop Foreman and Parts Department to acquire necessary parts.
