About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be flexible to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to stand for long periods in all weather conditions.
• Be able to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with employees and parking customers.
• Provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree preferred but not required.
• At least one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons where to park.
• Complete daily shift paperwork documenting transactions by parking rate, vehicles entering and exiting, contract parkers, vehicles remaining in the facility, validated tickets, and exception tickets.
• Provide company-standard customer service, including maintaining the required uniform appearance, delivering the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers upon exit.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to company checklists when requested by local management.
• Complete special projects and other duties assigned by location management based on operational needs.
