About The Position

Requirements

• At least 8 years of related experience.
• Technical training, certification(s), or a degree.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Experience with the Linux command-line interface.
• Experience writing Shell, Bash, or Python scripts.
• Linux administration experience, including software integration, service management, configuration management, and routine sustainment operations related to provisioning, storage, and networking.
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting COTS, GOTS, or FOSS software, libraries, and packages in a Linux environment.
• Experience with stream and batch Big Data processing and analytic frameworks, including Spark.
• Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code principles and automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Ansible.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience deploying containerized services under Kubernetes orchestration.
• Demonstrated experience using system monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with Git for source-code management, branching strategies, and team collaboration.

• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite, including JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer-facing operations point of contact.
• Manage request triage.
• Gather and scope technical requirements.
• Provide standby support for ad-hoc critical-thinking requests as directed by the mission customer.
• Perform Linux administration, software integration, service management, configuration management, and routine sustainment related to provisioning, storage, and networking.
• Install, configure, and support COTS, GOTS, and FOSS software, libraries, and packages in Linux environments.
• Work with stream and batch Big Data processing and analytic frameworks, including Spark.
• Apply CI/CD principles and tools such as GitLab CI.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC principles and tools such as Ansible.
• Deploy containerized services using Kubernetes orchestration.
• Use system monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Use Git for source-code management, branching strategies, and team collaboration.
