About The Position

Requirements

• Associate's degree (A. D.), Diploma in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Three or more years of clinical nursing experience.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in a team setting and establish positive cross-functional relationships.
• Proficient typing and data-entry skills.
• RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provides services designed to evaluate, promote and support the health and safety of Concord Hospital staff.
• Conducts post-offer health screens.
• Performs immunity screening and vaccination.
• Handles infectious disease screening, detection and prevention.
• Provides employee illness and injury services.
• Conducts medical surveillance.
• Offers health and wellness services and promotion of a safe work environment.
• Collaborates with Human Resources, Infection Prevention and Control, Safety personnel, supervisory staff, employees, and external providers.
• Assists with the case management of Occupational Health, ADA accommodations, Drug screening resulting and Worker's Compensation.
