About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FINRA Series 65 license required.
• Strong knowledge of retirement plans.
• General knowledge of financial services, investments, and ERISA.
• Prior experience working with retirement plans and presenting to clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, with some supervision and direction from a manager.
• Excellent organizational, customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retirement plan education meetings for clients and participants, virtually and onsite at client offices.
• Schedule meetings with clients as assigned.
• Respond to, assist, and support plan participants.
• Maintain strong knowledge of clients, client contacts, and client plans.
• Maintain the CRM records of all client interactions and make general CRM updates.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
