About The Position

Bailey Education Group, LLC is seeking a contract Math Teacher Mentor/Consultant/Instructional Coach to support schools in the greater Waco, Texas area. This onsite role partners with educators and the community to strengthen teaching practices and support student success through collaboration, accountability, and integrity.

Bailey Education Group partners with schools and districts to improve outcomes for children through customized professional development and side-by-side teacher coaching. Its services include support across Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies, as well as leadership development, special needs services, early childhood, technology, and multi-tiered systems of support.

This is a part-time, project-based opportunity for a 1099 independent contractor. The contractor travels to assigned school sites, is responsible for travel expenses, and must provide proof of automobile liability insurance meeting the specified minimum coverage. Consultants undergo comprehensive background checks and must comply with any screening procedures required by the state where they provide services. Independent contractors are not eligible for employee benefits or company-sponsored insurance.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze data to assess student needs and progress and guide evidence-based instructional decisions.

• Ability to travel to assigned school sites.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 for bodily injury per person and $50,000 for property damage, or a combined single limit of at least $300,000.
• Successful completion of comprehensive background checks and any state-required screening procedures.

Responsibilities
