About The Position

Bailey Education Group, LLC is seeking a part-time, project-based independent contractor to mentor and coach Reading/English Language Arts/Literacy teachers in the Greater Waco, Texas area. This onsite role supports teachers and students with diverse learning needs and focuses on improving instructional practices and student success through collaboration, coaching, and professional development. The role includes travel to assigned school sites.

The coach observes and evaluates classroom instruction, provides constructive feedback to teachers, facilitates professional development workshops, participates in team meetings, and analyzes student performance data to inform instructional decisions. The position also involves helping teachers address challenges and applying tailored strategies in special education while promoting teamwork, accountability, and integrity.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are not eligible for employee benefits or company-sponsored insurance, are responsible for their travel expenses, and must provide proof of automobile liability insurance meeting the stated minimum coverage. Comprehensive background checks and any state-required screening procedures are required.
