About The Position

Window Nation is hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers for lead generation and local outreach in Mentor, Ohio, and surrounding cities, including Chardon and Madison. The role involves door-to-door neighborhood outreach to homeowners, sharing information about Window Nation’s window products, and working toward sales goals with team support. Canvassers also represent the company at local community events and fairs. Work is outdoors and includes standing and walking for parts of the shift. Paid training and coaching are provided; prior sales experience is not required. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The schedule may change periodically based on business needs, seasonal volume, and weather. Pay starts at $16.75 per hour, with uncapped weekly and monthly performance bonuses and an additional 1% bonus on sales the Canvasser helps generate.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of work experience.
Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation.
Good communication skills and comfort speaking with new people.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in field canvassing, door-to-door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion.

Responsibilities

Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss Window Nation window products.
Provide helpful information by following presentations and scripts.
Represent Window Nation at local community events and fairs.
Answer homeowner questions about window products clearly and provide excellent customer service.
Work toward achievable sales goals with support from the experienced team.
