About The Position

Window Nation is hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to generate leads and conduct local outreach in Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding communities. Canvassers engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door outreach, discuss the company’s window products using simple presentations and scripts, and answer questions. The role also represents Window Nation at local community events and fairs and works toward sales goals with support from an experienced team. Paid training and coaching are provided; previous sales experience is not required. The position involves working outdoors, including standing and walking during parts of the shift. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., though it may change periodically due to business needs, seasonal volume, and weather conditions.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of work experience.
Ability to walk and stand outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation.
Comfort speaking with new people.
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; the schedule may change periodically based on business needs, seasonal volume, and weather.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in field canvassing, door-to-door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion.
Good communication skills.
