About The Position

Window Nation is hiring an outgoing, motivated Field Marketing Rep to generate leads and conduct local outreach in Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding communities. The role involves door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss window products, providing information using presentations and scripts, representing the company at community events and fairs, and answering homeowners’ questions. The work includes standing and walking outdoors for parts of a shift. Paid training and coaching are provided; sales experience is not required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; the schedule may change periodically based on business needs, seasonal volume, and weather.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in field canvassing, door-to-door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion.
• Good communication skills and comfort speaking with new people.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss Window Nation products.
• Provide helpful information by following presentations and scripts.
• Represent Window Nation at local community events and fairs.
• Answer homeowners’ questions about window products and provide excellent customer service.
• Work toward sales goals with support from the team.
