About The Position

Independence Home Health LLC is hiring a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to assist a client in the Columbus, Indiana area. The role provides quality care, companionship, and support while helping the client remain comfortable and independent in their home. The schedule is 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, seven days a week, with four hours per day.

Requirements

• Be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to pass required background screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Help with light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document care provided and communicate any concerns to the office.
