Requirements

  • Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license that allows you to practice in the state of Colorado.
  • If you are an LPN, you must also have an IV Certification in the state.
  • All direct care staff must be CPR certified prior to beginning employment
  • Valid Driver’s License with No Restrictions
  • CPR certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Training in Verbal De-Escalation and/or Mental Health
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Relevant Nursing Experience
