About The Position

Wellspring Dental Deep River is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their established community practice. This role offers a four-day work week and benefits from strong patient demand, with patients currently booking approximately two weeks out. The practice is equipped with two operatories, supported by a dedicated CDA and hygiene team. The position is suitable for new graduates with a strong clinical foundation or experienced dentists seeking a busy, long-term opportunity. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, enjoys community-based care, and is comfortable working independently.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent degree.
  • Licensed to practice dentistry in Ontario, Canada.
  • Confident and personable demeanor.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Strong clinical foundation.
  • Must be domiciled in Canada.

Nice To Haves

  • New graduates are welcome.
  • Experience in restorative, oral surgery, and children's dentistry.
  • Familiarity with iOS and Pan technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care including restorative, oral surgery, and children's dentistry.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the CDA and hygiene team.
  • Manage patient bookings and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Utilize iOS and Pan technology for diagnostics and treatment planning.
  • Participate in the Associate Development Program and other specialized training opportunities.
