About The Position

We’re seeking a General Dentist to join our Hillsboro team. We value the providers who work with us and are looking to build a consistent schedule with a dentist who is interested in serving the community and providing quality patient care.

The schedule is full time or four days per week. Compensation is a $25,000 monthly guarantee or 32% of adjusted production. Benefits include a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 with a three-year agreement, health, dental, and vision benefits, up to $1,200 per year in malpractice reimbursement, and a $1,200 annual continuing education allowance.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Texas dental license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to provide general dentistry services.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients.
• Diagnose oral health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment.
• Develop treatment plans and explain options to patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow applicable standards of care.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to support a positive patient experience.
