About The Position

Smile Brands is hiring a General Dentist to join its established practice in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The dentist will provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care, practice at the top of their license, and work with a supportive clinical team. The practice offers an established patient base, clinical autonomy, modern technology, and continuing education, with the support of Smile Brands and the feel of a private practice. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The posting describes strong earning potential of $250K+. Benefits depend on employment status and hours worked. Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
Current CPR certification.
Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
Controlled Substance License, if required by the state.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Collaborative approach to working with patients and dental teams.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care while practicing at the top of your license.
Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and help patients understand their options.
Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and other providers to deliver coordinated care.
Lead and empower the clinical team through effective communication, delegation, and daily team huddles.
Stay current with advances in dentistry, technology, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
Maintain high standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
