About The Position

Excel Dental is seeking an enthusiastic Associate General Dentist for its established, high-tech family dental practice. The office serves a busy area with a large existing patient base and many new patients. The dentist will provide a wide range of general and cosmetic dental services in a state-of-the-art facility focused on comprehensive care, quality, service, and patient satisfaction. The role encompasses the full clinical patient experience, from the initial examination and treatment plan through delivery of care.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Massachusetts dental license or eligibility for a Massachusetts dental license.
• Massachusetts DEA registration.
• Federal DEA registration.
• CPR certification.

• One year of general dentistry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical patient experience from initial examination and treatment planning through delivery of care.
• Provide dental services to patients of all ages.
• Provide implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and emergency dental care.
• Perform periodontal care and scaling and root planing (SRP).
• Perform extractions, socket preservation, and minor oral surgeries.
• Perform root canals on anterior teeth, premolars, and molars.
• Prepare and deliver crowns, bridges, and veneers.
• Construct full and partial dentures.
