About The Position

360care seeks a general dentist to provide dental care to residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, with a focus on geriatric and underserved communities. The role is offered as a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling based on the dentist’s availability and no evenings or weekends. The dentist makes clinical decisions and provides care, while 360care supplies logistics, equipment, administrative support, scheduling, billing, and care coordination.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD in good standing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with geriatric patients with empathy and compassion.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive dentistry, removable prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
• Document procedures and treatment in the EMR system.
• Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Supervise the Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist as part of the care team.
