About The Position
This is a full-time lead dentist role serving as Managing Clinical Director at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist leads a patient-centric clinical team, provides high-quality patient care, and mentors dentists and other dental professionals. The role includes a salary range of $300,000–$450,000. Location-specific offers include implant and extraction training, a $60,000 signing incentive, and a $7,500 relocation stipend. Aspen Dental provides business and administrative support so the dentist can focus on patient care. The role offers flexible scheduling, continuing education, surgical training opportunities, potential practice ownership through the Practice Ownership Program, and a benefits package that includes paid time off, health and vision coverage, and a 401(k) savings plan. Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities
- Lead a patient-centric team while respecting clinical judgment and leadership.
- Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients and adhere to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
- Conduct comprehensive full-mouth examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
- Present treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
- Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental professional team.
- Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
