About The Position
This is a lead dentist role as Managing Clinical Director at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist leads a patient-centric clinical team, provides comprehensive dental care, and mentors dentists and other dental professionals. Aspen Dental Management provides non-clinical business support so the dentist can focus on patient care. The position is full-time, with a stated salary range of $300,000–$450,000 per year. Location-specific offers include a four-day work week option, a $60,000 signing incentive, a minimum monthly guarantee for one year, a relocation stipend, profit-sharing compensation, and sponsored extraction and surgical implant training. Some offers and benefits may vary by independently owned and operated location.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
Responsibilities
- Lead a patient-centric team while respecting clinical judgment and leadership.
- Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients and adhere to dental practice ethics and professional standards.
- Conduct comprehensive full-mouth examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
- Present treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to meet financial objectives.
- Mentor and coach new dentists and the wider team of dental professionals.
- Keep up with developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies, representing Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
