About The Position
Aspen Dental is hiring a full-time lead dentist in the Managing Clinical Director role. The dentist will provide exceptional patient care while leading a patient-centric clinical team, using clinical judgment and supporting the practice’s quality and financial objectives. Aspen Dental provides business and administrative support so the dentist can focus on patient care. Location-specific offers include a $15,000 signing incentive, a $7,500 relocation stipend, a $20,000 guarantee for six months, and implant and surgical extraction training opportunities. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
Responsibilities
- Lead a patient-centric team that respects the dentist’s clinical judgment and leadership.
- Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
- Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
- Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
- Mentor and coach new dentists and the broader team of dental professionals.
- Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
