About The Position

Ideal Dental is seeking a General Dentist to deliver high-quality general and cosmetic dental care and support patients and the dental team. The role includes coverage for two to three Saturdays per month in Coral Springs. Compensation is production-based, with advertised earning potential of $250,000–$500,000+ per year, and the opportunity to pursue joint-venture practice ownership without taking on additional operational burdens. The clinician-founded, clinician-led dental service organization provides clinical autonomy and operational support in areas such as HR and marketing. Dentists have access to mentorship, an award-winning training program, more than 100 hours of continuing education, and support from a Clinical Advisory Board and board-certified specialists. The practice offers PPO and fee-for-service care, digital equipment and tools, and training across procedures including molar endodontics, surgical extractions, Invisalign, and implant dentistry.

Requirements

Ability to provide general and cosmetic dental care, including crowns, bridges, molar endodontics, and Invisalign.

Commitment to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
Provide coverage two to three Saturdays per month in Coral Springs.
