About The Position
Dr. Layth Saraf’s established, patient-focused dental practice in Greensboro, North Carolina, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Dentist to join its growing team. The practice combines comprehensive family dentistry with advanced clinical care in a welcoming environment centered on patient comfort, teamwork, and clinical excellence. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to build lasting patient relationships, expand clinical skills, and develop a career alongside an experienced dentist and supportive team. Compensation includes a minimum guaranteed salary of $150,000 per year, with unlimited earning potential based on collections. The practice serves a PPO and fee-for-service patient base and does not accept Medicaid.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active North Carolina dental license in good standing.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care.
- Diagnose oral health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

- Continue developing clinical skills through ongoing education and mentorship.
