About The Position

Requirements

• Relevant investment banking and/or mergers and acquisitions experience.
• Strong foundational financial modeling, accounting, and valuation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, take ownership of analytical work, and collaborate effectively with transaction teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare well-organized presentations and explain analytical findings.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and deliver accurate work under pressure.
• Undergraduate degree.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to data center, telecommunications, or related digital infrastructure businesses.
• Undergraduate focus in finance, business, accounting, economics, or mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and valuation models, including operating forecasts, discounted cash flow, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses, and transaction scenarios.
• Analyze commercial drivers of data center and emerging telecommunications businesses, including contracted capacity, utilization, development pipelines, capital expenditures, and power availability, and incorporate findings into forecasts and valuation analyses.
• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction analyses that communicate sector dynamics, company positioning, and strategic alternatives.
• Support M&A, financing, and strategic advisory execution, including due diligence, data gathering, process tracking, documentation, and coordination with transaction teams.
• Research data center and emerging telecommunications markets, participants, transaction activity, and investor priorities to support origination and client discussions.
• Take ownership of the accuracy and timeliness of assigned analyses and deliverables, incorporating feedback from Associates and senior bankers.
• Support client and advisor interactions through thoughtful preparation, responsive follow-up, and well-organized analytical materials.
