About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate, Experienced, or Senior Data Fusion Systems Software Engineer/Analyst to support the Software Development team within the Phantom Works Network Centric Operations team in Berkeley, Missouri, in the St. Louis area. The role supports Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering. The team develops platform-agnostic software capabilities for network operations on tactical fighter aircraft. The engineer will develop and prototype advanced sensor-fusion algorithms using mathematical and statistical techniques to track and combine data from multiple sensors and sources. The role evaluates algorithm performance against key performance indicators and works with software architects to transition successful prototypes into production-ready capabilities. The position calls for collaboration, accountability, customer focus, continuous improvement, adaptability, and the ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical solutions in a multi-contract, multi-program environment. The role requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and meet U.S. export control requirements. A technical assessment is required as part of the selection process. Travel is up to 10%. Relocation may be available depending on candidate eligibility. The position is Shift 1 and is not safety sensitive.
