About The Position

Requirements

• Two to four years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good knowledge of an electronics manufacturing environment, materials, and processes.
• Good understanding of manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution processes.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and multiple business applications.
• Good understanding of internal and external customer requirements.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex process and system problems using financial, analytical, and statistical models.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and solve a variety of tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document new processes in logistics.
• Provide direction to the team on process enhancements.
• Review and update existing processes and direct implementation of process enhancements.
• Participate in evaluating, developing, implementing, and continuously improving supply chain business processes, including cost savings and cycle-time reduction.
• Provide ongoing support to resolve process and execution issues with internal and external customers.
• Manage support and service requests and develop processes that meet customer demands and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead rapid identification, analysis, and resolution of problems to minimize interruption to the team's work.
• Develop tools for tracking measurements and performance.
• Monitor team activities against defined objectives, report achievements, and propose ways to improve performance.
• Train and mentor new employees in the department.
