About The Position

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer care.
• Communicate effectively and engage in friendly conversation.
• Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Come up with ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Operate the register and cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
• Sometimes work with the store's food program.
• Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain high standards of store appearance.
• Interact with customers and collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
