About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Godfathers team. The role involves providing fast and friendly customer service in a fast-paced store environment, working in multiple areas of the store, both inside and outside, and helping maintain store appearance and standards. Team members interact with customers and collaborate with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to come up with ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
• Sometimes work with the food program.

• Attend onsite regularly and predictably.
• Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
