About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced store environment, providing friendly, efficient customer service and helping maintain store standards. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Team members work in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and collaborate on daily tasks.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while contributing to a fun environment.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; this may require eye-hand coordination and climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities
