About The Position

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are growing express car wash companies seeking energetic, friendly, and dependable Team Members. This entry-level position offers training and support; previous car wash experience is not required. Team Members provide an exceptional experience to guests in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while working outdoors and staying active. The position is listed as full-time or part-time at the TXHO16 Spencer location in Pasadena, Texas, with a salary range of $12.00–$14.00.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer and guest service.
Welcome guests, answer questions, and explain wash services and membership options.
Recommend products and services based on guests’ needs.
Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
Work in different areas of the location, including the pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment.
Follow safety procedures and company standards.
Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
Represent the companies with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
