About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing friendly and efficient service to customers while helping maintain store standards. The role involves working throughout the store, both inside and outside, and collaborating with an energetic team on daily tasks. The position is part-time, with evening shifts and weekday and weekend availability required. Regular, predictable onsite attendance is required. Paid comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Availability for evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Operate the register and cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
• Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
• Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
