About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing quick and friendly service to customers while helping maintain store appearance and standards. The role involves working in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and collaborating with an energetic team on daily tasks. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance. Shift availability includes days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to perform at a quick pace while working as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide excellent customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
