About The Position
AV Taxi Rides is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Baton Rouge. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service while supporting daily transportation operations and assisting customers with ride-related inquiries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with ride bookings, scheduling changes, and service-related questions
- Provide accurate information regarding transportation services and company policies
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to support customer needs
- Update customer information within company systems
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
