About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced store environment, providing friendly and efficient customer service while helping maintain store standards. Your work may include greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and occasionally assisting with the food program. You will work in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and collaborate with an energetic team on daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position is part time, with overnight shifts and weekday and weekend availability required. Circle K offers paid comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement.
Requirements
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
- Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
- Weekday and weekend availability for overnight shifts.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
- Operate the register and cashier.
- Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
- Sometimes work with the food program.
- Work throughout the store, inside and outside, to help maintain store appearance and standards.
- Attend work onsite regularly and predictably.
- Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
