About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast and friendly customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role involves working throughout the store, inside and outside, across a variety of areas to maintain store appearance and serve customers. The position is full time, with evening and overnight availability.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers.
Ability to provide excellent customer care.

Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to develop ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain appearance standards.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with teammates to accomplish daily store tasks.
