About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment and provide friendly, efficient customer service. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Representatives work in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and complete daily tasks with the team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
Communication skills and a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
