This full-time Director of Human Resources role is based at the Chateau on the Lake in Branson, MO.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience
- Strong HR generalist knowledge (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, OSHA)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field
- HR Certification (active or in process)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
- Provide consultative guidance to hotel leaders across recruitment, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment while maintaining a strong candidate experience and compliance with hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and support Workers’ Compensation and safety initiatives.
- Champion associate engagement, training, and recognition programs aligned with Atrium’s values.
- Oversee performance development efforts and support leadership in driving accountability and development.
- Represent the hotel in the community through engagement and CSR efforts.
