Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand vinyl record collections for Buck Mason and Fast Times.
• Create and manage playlists for retail locations, including seasonal and location-specific music.
• Curate and maintain book collections for Fast Times bookstores and Buck Mason stores across subjects such as literature, art, architecture, design, fashion, photography, music, film, history, philosophy, food, coffee, travel, and the outdoors.
• Research books, music, artists, photographers, architects, designers, filmmakers, and broader cultural references that support the brands.
• Organize and maintain Buck Mason’s library and record archives, ensuring materials are cataloged and accessible.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of books, records, artists, and reference materials.
• Partner with Design, Retail, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams to provide research, inspiration, and sourcing support.
• Seek out new ideas, references, and emerging voices that align with the Buck Mason and Fast Times point of view.
