About The Position
The Pet Crematory Operator works on-site at a Gateway Care Center, providing pet aftercare services with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. The role involves operating cremation equipment, processing and packaging cremated remains, creating memorial products, and completing quality checks. Team members help meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The position is hands-on and physically active, involving standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift. Comfort working around deceased pets is required. No previous industry experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Operate cremation equipment according to established procedures.
- Process and package cremated remains accurately and carefully.
- Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
- Perform quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
