The Wholesale Credit Delivery - Corporate & Leveraged Finance - Analyst Program is designed for individuals who have completed or are nearing completion of their BA/BS degree and have a strong interest in finance and investment banking. The program begins with an intensive seven-week classroom instruction period covering capital markets, products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems, and financial modeling. Following this training, Analysts join a business group within Wholesale Credit Delivery (WCD), which is responsible for underwriting and managing debt capital for Truist Securities' corporate clients. WCD teammates collaborate with Corporate and Investment Bankers, Product Specialists, and Risk Managers to deliver capital and strategic ideas. After a debt-funded transaction closes, WCD teams manage the client credit relationship, monitoring credit profiles and exposure levels. Analysts will enhance their financial and industry analysis skills, build expertise in corporate finance and underwriting, and develop a comprehensive understanding of their client portfolios. The program focuses on debt analysis, cash flow analyses, and underwriting credits. WCD analysts work within specific Industry Groups such as Consumer & Retail, Energy, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Industrials & Services, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Private Institutional Capital, Sustainability, and Technology. This position is typically a two-year role, with a potential for an additional year. This requisition is specifically open to 2026 Truist Interns only.
