About The Position
TricorBraun is seeking a customer-focused Account Coordinator to join their Operations Team. This role is crucial in helping customers bring their products to market. TricorBraun is a global packaging leader and North America’s largest distributor of primary packaging, providing innovative solutions to a wide variety of industries, from start-ups to iconic brands. The company emphasizes a 'people first' culture, offering a friendly, motivated, and supportive team environment. The Account Coordinator will be on the front line, working closely with the sales team to assist customers daily with orders, scheduling shipments, providing quotes, and processing and following up on invoices.
Requirements
- A real pro at creative problem solving
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP packages like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft
- Two or more years of experience or the equivalent combination
